1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by EvalyxAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Services
EvalyxAI provides human evaluation services for AI models, including but not limited to RLHF dataset generation, response comparison, accuracy scoring, and quality assessment services.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Submit content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
- Use our services to develop competing products
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any data you submit to our services. Upon delivery, you own the evaluation datasets we create for you. Our platform, technology, and methodologies remain our intellectual property.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential. Our evaluators work under strict NDAs, and we implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvalyxAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
